How It Works
If you were recently declined with a property we work with, you will be able to submit a new application with Apartment Resource Finders, if approved Apartment Resource Finders will rent the apartment you originally applied for or a similar apartment if the apartment has been taken.
Application Costs (Non-Refundable)
$50 per Leaseholder
2 Forms of Identification
Proof of Income
$50 per Occupant (18 and Older)
1 Form of Identification
Upon Approval Costs (Refundable based on property rules)
$150 Reservation Fee (Refundable based on property rules)
$60 Administration Fee (Non-Refundable)
Move In Costs
All Applicable Costs including but not limited to the following will be due upon move in:
Rent
Deposit
Cleaning/Administrative Fees
All Additional Fees Property May Charge
Rent
Rent will be due every 2 weeks
